I’m a pursuer of all things personal development and self-improvement, and I love to read and learn about wellbeing, self-love, and living a healthy life. Over the years, I’ve dealt with anxiety and stress and have built tools along the way to help me create a happy and balanced life (though, let’s be honest, it’s always a work in progress.)

One thing before we start: I am by no means a self-help guru or enlightened human being. I’m just a regular, normal gal trying to live her life to the fullest and want to help you do the same.

Some things I love: dogs (especially corgis!), buying new books, being outside, yoga, flipping through cookbooks, and the smell of fresh cookies!

I first created M&O to help myself organize all the self-help information that was swirling around in my head from books, articles, and life. But as I’ve continued writing, I’ve found that it’s becoming more a place where I can share my life experiences and lessons that I’ve learned to help others take control of their lives and be their best selves!

So what’s M&O even about? I’m here to help busy women build their best selves. I know that life can be overwhelming and filled with packed schedules and to-do lists that are miles long, but I’m here to help simplify the process so that you can live life with more joy, confidence, and love.
