How to Achieve Anything You Want
You have dreams, right? Goals? Things that you want to do, or learn, or see in your life?
Now what if I told you that you could accomplish every single one of those things?
I don’t know about you, but I would be pretty excited!
Well I’m here to tell you that it is possible.

In order for growth and success to happen, you have to be in the right mindset to attract these things into your life.
If you are wanting something from a place of fear rather than love, you might (just maybe) get results but I’ve gotta break something to you: it won’t last.
Let’s do a little dive into that head of yours. Do you have any thoughts that follow the format: “When I have/do/get ____, then I will be happy (or lovable, worthy, etc.)
Some examples of thoughts like this are:
When I lose 20 pounds, then I will be worthy.
When I make an extra thousand dollars a months, then I’ll be happy.
When I stick to a diet, then I will be happy.
When I can fit into my old jeans, then I will love myself.
When I finally visit Hawaii, then I’ll be happy.
Does any of this thinking sound familiar?
If so, then your fears and insecurities are holding you back. You are already worthy. You are already loved. You already have the capability to be happy. But YOU (yes YOU!) are holding yourself back.
I’m just gonna say that one more time so that it can sink in.
Wherever you are in your life, however much you weigh, however much money you make, whatever insecurities, fears, doubts, troubles, traumas, experiences you have had DO NOT define you and you are already beautiful, loved, worthy, and capable of changing your life to make it the life that you want.
You are responsible for your life. You can control the thoughts in your head that make you think the way that you do, and only you are capable of taking action to do the things that you want.
a positive mindset
In order to achieve anything that you want, though, you also need to have a positive mindset. A positive mindset is a mindset in which you feel inspired, motivated, centered, productive, grateful and ready to take action and risks even when it could mean failing (because failure means that you are that much closer to finding success)!
How can you create a positive mindset? By taking care of yourself and engaging in daily practices that align your thoughts with your goals and prepare you to take action.

How can you expect to accomplish anything if you don’t take action?
Something that holds a lot of us back from chasing our dreams or working towards our goals is fear. But newsflash! Fear does not have to be scary! Fear does not have to hold you back!
Fear can be your friend. It’s the perfect opportunity to grow!
When you feel the fear, I don’t want you to move away from it, I want you to move towards and through it.
I know, I know, I’m just some random person you found on the internet why should you listen to the crazy woman telling you to run towards your fear, right?
But listen, I’m not asking you to jump off a cliff, run into traffic or eat a poisonous mushroom (those are things that you should be afraid of).
I’m asking you to no longer let your fear dictate your life. There is a whole life out there beyond your fear that is available to you if you are just willing to feel your fear but not let it stop you.
So here’s your homework for today: do one thing today that you are either scared of or is something that you’ve been avoiding.
You can become unstoppable in the pursuit of your dreams.
Keep a positive mind and take action from a place of love.
